RESPONSABILITATI

• Sets the daily agenda of the General Manager (according to the latter’s instructions) and informs the General Manager about all changes in the agenda
• Sets the priorities of daily administrative tasks
• Informs the General Manager about the activity of company’s employees (business trips, medical leaves, holidays etc)
• Organizes (writes, registers, sends/receives) the external correspondence(letters, faxes, e-mails, parcels etc) to/from the company’s suppliers and clients; informs the employees and the General Manager about the correspondence
• Gathers custom clearance documents accompanying external parcels
• Subscribes the company to various financial publications.
• Fills in bank documents (payment orders, cash deposits/withdrawals), effects primary accounting records (petty cash register, bank accounts statements), and draws-up expense reports for domestic and international business trips.
• Orders and distributes the luncheon vouchers to the company’s employees and drafts the related appendices required by the law.
• Makes hotel and transport tickets reservations for company’s employees and General Manager travelling in the country and abroad.
• Prepares the logistic aspects of company’s events (e.g. workshops): venue and electronic equipments rental, catering etc
• Manages the intranet and the internet page of the company
• Drafts the weekly management report supervised by the CEO
• Identifies the bid offer requests published in the Official Gazette of Romania
• Draws up the bidding documents and summarize them in a final file to be submitted to the contracting authorities
• Translates short documents in/from French/English.


CERINTE

• Education: economics graduate studies
• Experience: minimum 2 years
• Mandatory knowledge: foreign languages - good level (spoken, written) of German/English and French
• Computer skills - Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
• Abilities: - pay attention to details
- organizing skills
- clean police record
