For one of our clients, a multinational company active in the digital television area, we are looking for an Office Assistant.
Answering telephones, routing calls, taking messages, and providing general information;
Opening and routing incoming mail;
Distributing correspondence and other material to department staff;
Establishing, maintaining, processing, and/or updating files, records, and/or other documents;
Scheduling or assisting in scheduling appointments, meetings, and/or internal events;
Realizing translations from English to Romanian or from Romanian to English;
Maintaining the relationship with other departments and specific clients.
University graduate;
Very good command of English;
Very good computer knowledge;
Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
Responsible, organized, efficient and flexible person.
