An important and fast-growing consultancy company needs a professional, motivated and serious person for the position of Office Assistant
Role:
Answer the phone, take and filter all messages;
Manage all administration issues relating to the office;
Distribute correspondence, manage filing system;
When necessary assist other employees in developing their projects;
Organize meetings and internal management meetings;
Arrange travel itinerates and complete ad-hoc project work;
When necessary compile documents in English & Romanian;
Requirements:
Previous experience of working as a Secretary/ Office assistant;
Preferably Economics or Law University graduated;
Organized, reliable and multi-tasked;
Good communication and organizational skills;
Open personality, reliable and motivated person;
Good Computer Skills: MS Office, Internet;
Proficient in English; Greek knowledge would be a plus;
Results-oriented, problem-solving and determined
