• Greets callers and answers telephones promptly and courteously; directs to appropriate person and takes accurate messages. Types documents and proofs own work.
• Schedules appointments and maintains calendar.
• Organizes and maintains files and data to ensure that they are up-to-date and easy to locate.
• Provides support for all departments in office and administrative related tasks.
• Provides support to Client Services Department (monitors, inputs, formats, verifies data)
