RESPONSABILITATI

Welcoming guests and clients of the company;
Operating and archiving company documentation;
Maintaining the invoices evidence and collaborating with the accountancy department;
Paying the company’s invoices in due time;
Answering the telephone and transferring calls;
Registering and distributing incoming mail, faxes and post delivers;
Typing a variety of forms, letters, reports and memos;
Organizing and maintaining office files and records;
Maintaining external communication with headquarters, local suppliers and trading partners


CERINTE

Grafton Recruitment is looking for a high-potential Office Assistant, for our office in Bucharest. The eligible candidates should have:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities;
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken;
- Time management and organizational skills;
- Problem solving and proactive attitude;
- Good knowledge of MS Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint;
- Professional attitude and attention to details.

In addition, previous experience in a similar position, as well as basic notions of invoicing or payments is welcomed.
