RESPONSABILITATI

• Provide administrative support to the General Manager, which includes telephone calls, scheduling, research, coordinating travel arrangements etc.
• Prepare numerous types of documents
• Keep accurate records of documents and correspondence, managing a clear filing system
• Translate documents
• Assist the General Manager in creating and updating presentations and materials to support business activities
• Assist the General Manager in all business projects on the agenda
• Prepare and maintain basic liquidity plans
• Prepare documents for the accountants
• Perform other related duties as required or assigned


CERINTE

• University degree;
• Relevant experience in a similar position;
• Knowledge of modern office practices and procedures, including word processing, filing and general business practices;
• Computer literacy (MS Office,Internet);
• Proficiency in English, German knowledge will be an advantage;
• Well organized personality and able to prioritize projects
