RESPONSABILITATI

• Welcoming guests and clients of the company.
• Operating and archiving company documentation.
• Maintaining external communication with headquarters, local suppliers and trading partners.
• Answering the telephone and transferring calls to the appropriate individuals.
• Taking telephone messages for the staff;
• Typing a variety of forms, letters, reports and memos.
• Receiving and distributing mail.
• Organizing and maintaining office files and records.


CERINTE

• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
• Familiar with MS Office
• Determined, willing to learn and gather experience
• Able to prove his/her good communication skills and proactive personality.

Any knowledge about basic accounting, invoicing or payments is welcomed.
