Internal and external communication (employees, suppliers, partners, clients)
Preparation and management of internal and external documents (manage entries and exits of documents);
Prepare meetings and correspondence;
Manage protocol activities and customer entertainment (hotel reservation, transportation, restaurants, etc).
Manage relationships with nominated suppliers
Perform written and oral translations into and from English;
Perform any other related activities
6 months -1 year experience as a secretary/ personal assistant;
Excellent command of English is a must (authorization issued by the Ministry of Justice for English Translations is an advantage), Other languages represent an advantage;
Excellent PC knowledge (MS Office, Power Point, Outlook Express)
Excellent written and oral communication skills in Romanian and English
Good planning and organizational skills;
Smart appearance.
