RESPONSABILITATI

- Translates documents, mail ,documentation;
- Organizes the contact with the visitors;
- Copies the documentation;
- Records issues discussed during the meetings;
- Organizes the meetings that take place in the company;
- Organizes official trips;
- Organizes arrivals, accommodation and departures of visiting business partners;
- Monitoring and coding representation bills, transportation and nights spent on a business trip in accordance with the instructions for sorting and monitoring expenses through the Accounting department.


CERINTE

- Good PC skills (MS-Office);
- Flexibility, team spirit, professional appearance & attitude;
- Fluent in German and English;
- University degree.
