RESPONSABILITATI

- perform classic secretarial duties
- assistant to the Office Manager for a variety of tasks
- complete a diverse set of administrative tasks
- being the point of contact for the Company when clients and other professionals call in


CERINTE

- minimum one year experience on a similar position (preferably within a multinational company)
- fluency in English (and other foreign languages would be a plus)
- punctual
- very accurate and meticulous
- very organized
- fast learning
- ability to work simultaneously on different projects

- abilities to work on the computer – MS-Office, email, internet
- pro-active
