RESPONSABILITATI

Host guests and clients of the company betwwen 14:00 PM - 21:00 PM.
Operate and arhivise ompany documentation.
Maintain external communication with headquarters, local suppliers, receivers and trading partners.
Responsible for the company`s data.
Answering the telephone and transferring calls to the appropriate individuals.
Taking telephone messages for the staff;
Typing a variety of forms, letters, reports and memos.
Receiving and distributing mail.
Organizing and maintaining office files and records.
Any knowledge about basic accountancy, invoicing , payments is welcomed.


CERINTE

English, both written and spoken and computer operation.
Strong minded person, willing to learn and gather experience in international bunsiness environment.
Good communication skills and proactive personality.
