RESPONSABILITATI

We are looking for a goal oriented, well structured individual to manage administrative activities for the Capgemini office in Bucharest.

The tasks of the office assistant are:

-Organize meetings, travel arrangements, events etc.
-Manage the relationships with the company’s administrative services providers and other suppliers
-Ensure permanent information flow with the rest of the team
-Support our team
-Prepare primary accounting papers
-manage office documents and supplies
-Assist the colleagues in all business related activities
-Write, register and fill company documents
-Supervise and check translations, reports, presentations, etc.

CERINTE

-University Degree
-Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar job, favorably in the consultancy business
-Fluency in English is required
-German knoowledge is a very important plus
-Computer skills: MS Office, Internet applications
-Basic accounting knowledge would be a real plus
-Quick thinking, very well organized, reliable and able to multitask and meet deadlines
-Good communication and organizational skills
-Optimistic, friendly and flexible, problem-solving attitude
-Quickly integrating and a team-player
-Willing to take on greater responsibilities as the company develops
