Primary Responsabilities
- Organize and pursue daily secretarial and administrative activities ;
- keep in touch with the suppliers;
- make payments;
- keep in touch with the accounting company that we collaborate with;
- receive accounting documents and send them to the accountant;
- prepare and manage Excel reports regarding the company's budget;
- arrange travel, visas and accommodation.
Required knowledge & skills
- Good PC skills, MS Office, Word, Excel, Internet navigation;
- Advanced knowledge of English written / spoken;
- Responsible and organized person with the ability of multitasking;
- Ability to work on your own initiative;
- Honesty and reliability;
- Attention to details;
- Basic knowledge of accounting is a plus.
