RESPONSABILITATI

1.Agenda and secretarial, correspondence and mailing services related to the director and company programs.
2.Registration of company’s documents including contracts, proforma, invoices and primary booking.
3.Upgrade of information on the website of the company and programs.
4.Translation of occasional documents related to the company activity.
5.Services to support management and programs through direct support and implementation
6.Services and support related to events.
7.Management of databases and materials related to programs/projects (promotion, contracting, implementation, reporting)
8.Direct all activities for the program in promotion, operation, monitoring, booking and reporting on a regular basis.
9.Create quality materials for PPP projects, programs to be sent to companies.
10.Programs&Projects support.


CERINTE

university degree or equivalent experience. English (written and spoken),4-5 on a 1-5 scale. Computer abilities (very good performance in full Office, Outlook or similar). Four years experience and performance, proven written and oral communication skills and proven personnel management experience. Demonstrated organization and planning skills.
