- Greet customers/guests/ visitors and inform the receiving department to meet the customers/visitors/guests in a timely manner.
- Estimate waiting times, encouraging visitors/guests/customers to wait or return as appropriate.
- Answer telephone calls or manage the switchboard (in some countries).
- Take down messages and ensure the messages are forwarded to the respective receiving office(s).
- Keep the reception area, desk, product shelves and etc clean.
- Assist in directing the customers/guests/visitors to the receiving departments/officer(s). - Assist in updating internal phone directory (in some countries).
- Process admission passes to visitors/guests/customers (in some countries). - Manage booking of meeting rooms (in some countries).
- Freeing salespeople to spend 60% of their time in the field by taking over paperwork. - - Keeping CRM fully updated.
- Sharing responsibility for customer satisfaction, particularly prior to installation.
-Acting as a liaison point for customer training and services, ensuring customer queries are channeled to the right sales person.
- Follow-up on customer issues.
- Quick quote/ proposal response, ensuring adherence to commercial policy
- Excellent command of English (both written and spoken) is a must
– Cambridge Certificate in Advanced English will be considered an advantage
- University degree in Economics
- Advanced computer skills: Microsoft Office, Internet
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Good comuncational skills
