RESPONSABILITATI

- Provides general company information, makes appointments.
- Establishes and maintains a liaison with customers and provides them with information on company’s services and/or personnel, procedures.
- Manages and organises administration work in the office.
- Schedules appointments.
- Assures that managers are not burdened with clerical work or minor administrative and business details.
- Files and directs incoming mail. Composes and types routine correspondence.
- Answers the telephone and gives information to callers or directs calls to the appropriate official.
- Greets visitors, ascertains nature of business, and directs or conducts visitors to the appropriate person.
- Arranges travel schedules and reservations.


CERINTE

At least 3 years experience in an administrative / PR position (preferably in a multinational company)
Fluent in English
Very good knowledge of Ms Office (excel, word, powerpoint)
University degree
Fluent in English
Adaptable and flexible
Ability to work on her own initiative and exercise
Good customer service
Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
Good time management
Capability to advise and persuade others
