RESPONSABILITATI

The Office Admin is accountable for performing general and specific administrative tasks involved by the functional departments.


CERINTE

Office administration and operations:

-under general supervision, plans, organizes, and manages the integrated administrative activities ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures regarding office administration,
-acts as the main day-to-day administrative and operational liaison with other departments on behalf of the office management and functional teams,
-manages daily administrative operations in the organization, supervises and trains all office employees regarding the administrative procedures, as appropriate for the position they have

Polices and procedures:
-coordinates facilities planning and develops procedures to control and assign office space and equipment,
-participates in the planning activity of department policies and operations; ensures the fiscal, operational and personnel practices are in compliance with regulations; assists and provides inputs to determine strategic objectives for the department; interprets company and department policies and advises the HUB personal on their provisions.

Financial responsibilities:
-oversees and coordinates the office expenses activity, operates within budget¿s limits for purchasing, inventory management and travel activities by following the HP and subcontractor¿s procedures in place.

Equipment and inventory:
-maintains the office equipment functionality, verifies if there are no abuses regarding the usage of office materials and equipment, and takes prompt actions whenever misuses occur in order to ensure the right protection of the office goods and materials

Ordering and stock management
-applies company purchase policies respecting the functional need,- continuously looks for minimizing costs,
-maintains the relation with suppliers, provides stock management for consumables and other materials used in the HUB, keeps a clean and accurate control of hub expenses,
-follows up on the supplies¿ quality and takes proper actions in order to ensure the agreed quality and standards if needed.
