Daily tasks will consist of but will not be limited to:
- Following up inbound and outbound shipments
- Updating track and trace system
- Processing daily claims and ensuring that timely response is given
- Ensuring timely solutions in area of competence
- Assist to traffic coordinators in handling daily operational issues.
- Handling and processing documents related to import and export activities in ocean freight.
- Ensure completion of files
- EXPERIENCE in ocean freight forwarding is a MUST;
- Friendly and customer orientated work skills
- Independent, performance driven;
- Able to work under pressure and perform multi-tasking;
- Detailed oriented and;
- Effective team player;
-English language knowledge is a must;
- Experience in ocean freight forwarding is a must;
