Occupational Health and Safety Specialist manages the Occupational Health & Safety Services activities for the NOKIA Cluj factory. Main focus will be the factory and factory related requirements.
- Ensures the implementation of OHS Programs in compliance with global OHS policy;
- Analyzes the site OHS risks and brings solutions to improve the working conditions and the level of industrial safety;
- Performs and coordinates OHS internal and external audits;
- Communicates company OHS requirements to on-site contractors;
- Establishes and develops the relevant OHS procedures in the factory;
- Develops, organizes and implements OHS training to factory staff;
- Carries out safety investigations and reporting of incidents and accidents on site.
Adecco is looking for an Occupational Health and Safety Specialist for its client, NOKIA, an international company, a leading player in mobile communications, its brand being the fourth most valuable in the world. The ideal candidate should have:
- University degree;
- + 3 years of experience in similar position;
- Advance knowledge of and certification in relevant OHS legislation;
- Knowledge of occupational health and safety standards of professional practice;
- Excellent spoken and written English and Romanian;
- Very good knowledge of MS Office programs;
- Independent thinking and communication skills.
