Verifies the eligibility of the insured clients and medical suppliers;
Delivers activity reports for Underwriting and Claims departments;
Releases or denies authorizations according to the contract status;
Monitors the medical suppliers as well as their activity;
Performs scheduling for the customers;
Answers phone calls from clients and medical suppliers and solves their requests by offering accurate information;
Performs outbound calls for clients and providers;
Collaborates with the doctor from Health department to decide over the authorizations;
Participates in the development/ improvement of the department’s procedures;
Collaborates with network medical suppliers in order to satisfy client’s requests;
Informs and consults the company’s doctor whenever is necessary;
Performs different operations using the software application (fill in the clients orders, monitoring the clients and medical suppliers activity and updating the status, etc);
Receives and records customer’s complaints in the software application helping in solving these situations.
Offers general information about Euroclinic insurances and about the contracts;
At least 2 years of experience within medical field;
To be a quality-oriented person and have a continuous learning potential;
Communication and orientation towards people;
Client-focusing and flexibility;
Professionalism and ethics;
MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Outlook;
English - medium;
College / University graduate.
