NPI projects management phase 0 – 4
• Participate to design review & validation
• Prepare process flow
• Make risk analysis
• Prepare Technical Requirements Book for process development
• Define necessary CAPEX for new product launch
• Participate and coordinate the tests regarding balancing for NPI parts (Balancing Readiness Assessement)
• Use and Update design checklists
• Prepare project transition to Plant
• Update PFMEA if necessary
• Create technical reports
• Contact person between design engineers, manufacturing and tool suppliers.
Education
• Technical college
• M.S. in Engineering + 3 years applicable experience, or
• B.S. in Engineering + 5 years applicable experience
Experience
• Previous working experience of minimum five years, preferable in automotive industry
• Design experience 3D/2D (CATIA V5) is be a plus
Other skills
• Strong experience in PFMEA and control plans
• English (other language is a plus)
• Vibration knowledge, software skills
• Statistics
• Team player / Communication
• Analitical skills
