Oracle is developing the Contract Renewals Centre in Bucharest, to handle the renewal of its Support Service contracts for existing small to mid-size customers in Europe and is looking for Customer Service Representatives to be part of this exciting new opportunity.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Customer Service Representatives will be responsible for ensuring the successful renewal of Support Service Contracts for existing small/medium-sized customers and handling any resulting queries that the customers may have about their contracts.

-Accountable for timely support renewals for small to medium-sized customers in assigned territory
- Educates customers on e-business practices and any associated contractual implications
- Ensures customer awareness and understanding of the applicable elements of the Support portfolio
- Responsible for meeting productivity requirements on outbound calls for renewals
- Manages exceptions for customers with issues that may delay or inhibit renewals
- Identifies and transfers leads to Partner’s Sales Channel for upsell opportunities
- Accurately forecasts business targets and opportunities in territory


CERINTE

-Excellent written and verbal skills in Norwegian and English
-Good customer skills
-Good numeracy and attention to detail
-Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities
-Ability to adapt and acquire new skills quickly
-Experience of using computer systems
