Responsibilities:
- Monitoring the steps of the execution performed by judicial executors partners of the bank - in order to ensure that the steps of the flow are performed timely and appropriate;
- Maintaining a permanent contact with judicial executors (field visits, e-mail, phones) for review of the files; settlement of any issues; ensure the appropriate reporting;
- Targeting and negotiating of new relationships to be concluded with judicial executors;
- Supervising the allocation of the files to judicial executors;
- Performing the analysis of the portfolio assigned to each judicial executors, regarding status and evolution, recoveries registered, reasons for delays of the process, forecasts for recoveries;
- Proposing the necessary actions to be taken in order to stimulate recoveries;
- Analyzing the cases proposed to be written off;
- Elaborating new internal regulations/adjustment on existing ones, regarding the execution process in relationship to judicial executors.
Background in law,
Relevant experience in the execution field (as Executor) - min 2 years,
Good knowledge of the regulations in the execution field,
Good command of English,
MS Office suite knowledge,
Ability to work multitasking and under pressure,
Communications and negotiation skills,
Problem solver profile.
