RESPONSABILITATI

- Responsible to manage overall operation of Huawei EU network operation centre. Accountability for network security and administration.
- To define NMS system set-up and authority administration for collection of network surveillance alarms and dependability statistics data in co-operation with support systems engineers.
- Ensure service levels are achieved as per agreed SLA to fulfill the Company’s mission and customer requirements.
- Monitor the budget performance of delivered services to ensure that intended cost level is maintained whilst securing SLA fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
- Manage warranty and service contracts from cost point of view (responsible for cost forecasting, follow up on actual costs versus budget costs) to ensure that agreed profitability is achieved.
- Coordinator of change request review board and take actions on all change request received.
- Ensure escalation procedure is followed and that expectations and perceptions of customer are at all times managed in a professional manner.
- To verify all network performance reports are generated as required pattern and delivered on time.
- To manage documented routines / procedures with all inter working units as: different system support units, inter working operators, subcontractors, rollout units, planning / engineering units.
- Responsible on overall surveillance activities on MSC, SMSC, VLR, IN, CRBT, Transmission, RF and other VAS nodes.
- Ensure capacity monitoring and systems update is achieved within time frame to continuously upgrade network performances.
- Network performance analysis and KPI reporting. Owner for data management (achieve and update network circuits).
- Administration of EMS/ NMS system and support system management.
- Be the focal point for sales support in cost calculations related to services delivered from the NOC. Being the coordinator for the cost calculations when the NOC is being the central part of an MS delivery involving other MS service deliveries outside the NOC domain.
- Coordination of working level agreement and escalation with third party vendor/supplier.


CERINTE

- Above five (5) years of working experience in Telecommunication industry, preferably experience
in operation of network operation/monitoring/surveillance centre.
- Good knowledge in Access, wireless, Core and Transport Networks.
- Have management exposure and preferably have past experience in managing a group of operation
team.
- Experience in setting up a new surveillance management platform will be a added advantage.
- Analytical skills in preparing reports and experience in project management.
- Network Service performance focused.
- Able to work as a member of team and lead subordinate staff.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
- Flexible and responsive to changing work patterns and demands.
- Result oriented, good skills in leading and motivating people. Excellent team player.
- Open approach to solving problems and dealing with new proposals.
- A thorough and methodical approach to work.
- Good Knowledge of network operation process and interfaces high degree of analytical and investigative abilities.
