RESPONSABILITATI

- NOC Management:
- Customize the workflow between NOC and FLM;
- To review and approve during the outcome stage of business support management of process, quality standard, measurement system and IT;
- To participate in plan and management of NOC HR.
- Monitoring and Coaching:
- Monitoring and coaching the management activities of each role during Business Operation Support Management, Business Operation Management and Delivey Management.
- Interface of Department:
- Be responsible for executing and inspecting the managemental activities related to superior department and other functional department.


CERINTE

- Having bachelor or Over degree, Communication, Computer, Electronics;
- Have Management experience of over 3 years for customer service center;
- Very Good knowledge of Communication product;
- Having better management ability;
- Having better customer service consciousness;
- Fluency in English.
