- Network surveillance, 1st level restoration and preventive maintenance
- Installs standard
hardware/software/products, upgrades customer networks/products, produces documentation and solves defined problems, log and solve standard problems at a control center, interacts with other Technicians, customer technical staff and other groups within Service Delivery organization.
- Work utilizing pre-prepared Instruction, Script commands, etc and handle 80% of upcoming issues, 20% to be escalated to Back Office
- Work on shift 24x7.
- Work in an international environment, with customers and suppliers, fluent English and communication skills.
- have the authority to issue Trouble Tickets (TT) and work orders (WO) for network and service functionality and to escalate within the department / group as well as to the Back Office units / 3:e Party / supplier partner functions so that service layer may be maintained at specified level.
- Handling, from reception of request until closure.
- Very good English (spoken & written).
- Graduated college or university.
- Computer knowledge: Windows ,Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook etc.
- Ability to deal with several tasks on the same time.
- Broad knowledge within telecom and wireless
- Relevant area and at least one year experience from Technical Support area within the Telecom such as CDMA CN equipments, CBSS equipments and BTS equipments.
- Work independently, keep own competence and skills up to date
- Very good communication skills.
- Service attitude.
