- Technical expert in Network Management System
- In depth understanding of the product and how it fits in the customer’s system
- Gateway between customer service and R&D
- Leading beta (field) trials with new versions/products
- Provide top level support to field engineers and technical engineers
- Provide training on new products and features to all customer service personnel
- Ability to participate in detailed discussions regarding technical aspects of the product with internal R&D personnel as well as external customer’s technical staff
The position requires overseas business trips.
- Bachelor degree in computer sciences or electronic engineering - Required
- High-level English - Required
- Experience in Java programming - Required
- Experience in information system and databases (SQL, Oracle etc.) - Required
- Experience with customers – Big advantage
- Experience in writing technical documents - Advantage
- Knowledge and experience with IP networks (router, switches, protocols) – Advantage
- Experience in NMS - Advantage
- Presentation skills in English – Advantage
- Experience in development and integration processes – Advantage
- Familiarity with the Telecom market - Advantage
