RESPONSABILITATI

Process reservations (hotel, flight, car, ferry) received by phone, email, Internet and fax in a timely manner.
Ensure retention of existing customers, sell and promote value-added products and services.
Answer existing and new customers’ inquiries regarding products and services.
Within a revenue generating culture, meet or exceed the reservation center\'s performance objectives including sales targets and call quality.
Deliver superior Customer Service to both internal and external customers.
Perform other duties and special projects as required.


CERINTE

Converse confidently and fluently in French and English. Other foreign languages (German/ Italian/ Spanish) would be a plus.
Be available to work in 8 hour night shifts.
Have good communication skills and be proactive, flexible and dynamic.
Be customer focused and detail oriented.
Have the ability to work under pressure and to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
Have a strong work ethic and be able to complete tasks with minimal supervision.
Be able to work effectively in a team.
Have basic computer skills.
