RESPONSABILITATI

• Process reservations (hotel, flight, car, ferry) received by phone, email, Internet and fax in a timely manner.
• Ensure retention of existing customers, sell and promote value-added products and services.
• Answer existing and new customers’ inquiries regarding products and services.
• Within a revenue generating culture, meet or exceed the reservation center's performance objectives including sales targets and call quality.
• Deliver superior Customer Service to both internal and external customers.
• Perform other duties and special projects as required.


CERINTE

• Converse confidently and fluently in French and English. Other foreign languages (German/ Italian/ Spanish) would be a plus.
• Be available to work in 8 hour night shifts.
• Have good communication skills and be proactive, flexible and dynamic.
• Be customer focused and detail oriented.
• Have the ability to work under pressure and to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
• Have a strong work ethic and be able to complete tasks with minimal supervision.
• Be able to work effectively in a team.
• Have basic computer skills.
