RESPONSABILITATI

- Being responsible for the overall night shift operations;
- Promoting selling and up-selling initiatives at the Front Desk during the night shift;
- Answer guest enquiries, complains and questions;
- Responsible for local and international reservations during the night;
- Ensures accurate recording of arrivals and departures;
- Develop team and individual skills and performance to the highest possible level;
- Ensures all back up procedures are in place in case of system crash;
- Prepare reports for all departments and also the Handover for Morning Shift;
- Ensures Close Day procedure/ Night Audit.


CERINTE

- Minimum 3 years Front Desk experience, including Night Audit and Shift Leader;
- Strong customer service orientation and skills, leadership skills;
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English;
- Very good PC skills (Fidelio is a great advantage).
