Accounts Payable
• Opening incoming scanned invoices in workflow tool
• Entering correct data into workflow tool performing online checks as specified in the process
• Sorting incoming invoices
• Communicating and clarifying with suppliers
• Root cause analysis of errors and dissemination to the Team
• Proactive controls for avoidance of future errors
• Closing of accounts for the month
Accounts Receivable
The purpose of the position is processing of all customers related invoices, credit notes and payments as well as accounts receivable communication with the purpose to accurately determine and timely collect all customer receivables:
• Booking of Incoming Payments
• Processing credit notes
• Maintaining customer master data
• Managing unapplied cash
Order Management
• Processing orders for: Orders confirmation; Supply confirmation; Third party vendors; Invoicing; Reporting
• Building a relation with clients and sales representatives
• Maintaining relations with logistics partners and informing customers regarding availability and deliveries
• Creating purchase orders (POs) for the third party orders
• Offering information to customers via e-mails/phone
If you are:
- Full of Energy

- Advanced/ Upper-Intermediate Italian speaker and Upper-Intermediate English speaker
And you have:
- University Degree (Economics background is a plus)
- Good communication skills
- Microsoft Office and Internet knowledge
