Anais Software Services is looking for a talented Business Analyst for his office in Bucharest.

Anais is delivering Software services and solutions to Belgian, English and French customers, in the areas of large Web Applications on the cloud, Web CMS, Intranet/Extranet as well as Enterprise Search and Tailor made software developed in PHP, Microsoft and Java technologies.
Business Analyst required to work closely with internal stakeholders and development team to analyse business requirements, create concise functional & technical specifications to ensure delivery of robust client facing web based applications.
You will run workshops and conduct interviews with senior level stakeholders, business unit managers, product owners and end-users to gather and interpret business requirements prior to creating functional and technical specs.
Working with UML within an Agile/Scrum development environment you will play a key role in defining requirements and ensuring that the .Net/PHP developers have the required information.
The Business Analyst will use his expertise in both stakeholder engagement and knowledge of the web development / software development life cycle to assist in the delivery of robust applications.
You will work with very qualified and motivated people, analysts, architects and developers who all have as mission to support you delivering great projects on quality, on time and on budget. Usually your project team will consist of engineers working from Bucharest.

Education and Experience
- University degree, or equivalent by experience
- Must have strong knowledge of project management techniques and methodologies (in particular Unified Process & SCRUM)
- Must have experience as a Requirements Analyst / Business Analyst
Duties and Responsibilities
- You participate in the elaboration of the customer proposal in pre-sales projects (requirements analysis; solution, approach & budget, …)
- You manage the communication with your customer (Proxy Product Owner)
- You understand your projects from business, functional & technical point of views and for some projects, you will be the functional analyst
Technical Skills
- Good technical background in Internet technologies.
- Experience in implementing Web CMS, Enterprise Portal or Web Applications
- Microsoft Project, Atlassian suite
Language
- Fluent in English
- French is a plus.
Other Skills
- Good experience with Project Management methodologies (Rational Unified Process and SCRUM)
- Analytical minded you have Good experience with Business and/or Functional Analysis
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Excellent customer management skills
- Experience in Media high traffic web sites, e-shops, Mobile applications, Intranet/extranet and EDM is a plus
