Purpose
- acquisition of new customers and new business from existing customers for our client’s products through campaigns utilising outbound calls, email and other channels.
- sell products to financial markets, IT, business owners and end-users.
Scope and Impact
- selling set of products to a pre-defined market segment, possibly in a predefined territory.
- executing sales campaigns across countries (within one region) - around Bucharest.
- can have a new sales target for a set of products or accounts portfolio. Level can vary depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities
- delivers new recurring product sales (pro-active lead role in running sales campaigns, cold calling),
- generates high number of new opportunities,
- get in contact with the top management of our potential clients
- ensures the effective handover of accounts to the account manager,
- provides feedback from the customer to segments/channels and vice versa,
- builds knowledge of competition,
- maintains accurate customer contact and opportunity data in CRM,
- sets up trial of products,
- collects and promptly handles in-bound leads.
- experience in commissioned based sales preferably in a remote sales channel or financial services environment OR experience in a broker/consultative sales capacity supporting financial markers.
- proven track record of leading successful sales, preferably in a teamwork setting.
