This position is responsible for the technical analysis, design, implementation, operation, and support of security solutions mostly based on Check Point/Cisco/Barracuda/Linux technologies to ensure the availability, confidentiality, and integrity of our customers' systems and networks.
Supports and monitors the information security controls on customers' infrastructure and applications, for multiple platforms and diverse systems environments.
Performs tests the effectiveness of the implemented controls on customers network, applications and databases, being familiar with penetration testing tools and processes.
Perform security monitoring, analysis and correlation of security events from IDS, SIEM and other system logs.
Contributes to the design, implementation and daily operation of security infrastructures and tools such as IPS, Anti-Virus, Firewalls, etc.
Minimum 3 years of experience in Information Technology, with focus on IT&C Security ;
Hands-on experience in administration and support of security infrastructures and tools such as Firewalls, IpsecVPN, SSLvpn, IPS, URL Filtering, zero day attacks prevention, end-point consoles.
Experience with monitoring and analyzing security events from SIEM tools, IPS, firewall logs, system logs;
Good understanding of application and network components. Experience on multiple platforms like Linux, Windows, Unix is required.
Ability to learn quickly and implement new technologies in a rapid, demanding, and changing environment;
Experience in technologies such as TCP/IP, Firewalls, IPS, SSL, security certificates, Encryption, routing and switching.
Self-motivated with a high level of initiative and ability to work independently;
Certifications in Information Security would be a plus, for example: CCSA, CCSE, CEH, CCNA/CCNP.
