- Acorda suport operational agentiilor din teritoriu in ceea ce priveste urmatoarele activitati: client services – acceptarea de instrumente de plata, schimburi valutare, depozite; back office – procesare instrumente de plata, capturare note contabile, cash – depuneri si retrageri numerar, reconcilieri la sfarsit de zi;
- Asigura schimbarea si updatarea procedurilor si proceselor operationale interne;
- Participa la diferite proiecte operationale;
- Asigura reconcilierile zilnice la nivel de retea;
- Intocmeste diverse rapoarte staistice operationale.
- Diploma de facultate in domeniul economic;
- Minimum 5 ani de experienta bancara;
- Cunostinte solide de norme si regulamente BNR;
- Cunostinte solide despre produse si servicii bancare;
- Abilitate de a lucra sub presiune;
- Orientare catre rezultate;
- Capacitate de a lua decizii si de a respecta termene.
