Timely response to alarm detected by Network Management System (NMS)
Initially analyze the alarm;
Properly judge whether alarm generated due to planned works;
Create Trouble Tickets in the IT system;
Make sure that the alarm is cleared;
Close the trouble ticket.
Familiar with the function and operation of NMS.
Clearly know the definition of all kinds of alarms and the relationship of these alarms in NMS.
The ability of initial analysis of alarm and troubleshooting.
Familiar with the use of related IT systems. (Remedy, Netcool)
Have good communication skills (English, Spanish).
