RESPONSABILITATI

Provide full support to Marketing Manager in :
-The main contact point for all commnunication with offices and responsible for handling in a timely manner all requests received;
-Closely collaborate with area managers in identifying local needs and developing communication strategy;
-Support local teams in implementing the marketing activities, in initiating local events, campaigns, in finding solution to local, specific issues;
-Manage the organisation and coordination of the agencies and internal resources for special events, exhibitions, etc participation;
-Directly involved in new product launches, product changes, campaigns in order to ensure that marketing aims are clear and implemented at office levels;
-Keep track on needs, production and distribution of informational/ marketing materials promotional literature for the network;
-Responsible for evaluating and answering all the sponsorship requests received by department;
-Briefs for specific projects for network;
-Help prepare press releases and liaise with journalists and the PR agency;
-Plan, verify and prepare marketing related payments for the activities under direct responsibility;
-Keep records of all related contracts and expenses;
-Organize and maintain inventory of giveaways.


CERINTE

-University degree;
-Experience in marketing communication banking;
-Experience within BTL;
-Experience in marketing FMCG/ Advertising Agency;
-Good communication and presentation skills;
-Analytical and creative skills;
-A working understanding of business functions and key business processes;
-The ability to carry out complex projects;
-Good organisational skills;
-Capability to work under pressure &meet tight deadlines.
