RESPONSABILITATI

Product Support/Operations
- The operation and maintenance of on-site hardware (workstations, printers, servers, switches, routers, scanners, faxes and telephone station, etc.) and network.
- Support and maintenance, as well as security of networks
Network Support/Operations
- The operation and maintenance of installed networks
- Extension of network, if necessary
- Interface with public access carriers for the handling of network communications
- Maintenance of networks required for daily operations, both wide-area and local-area
Technical Support
- Maintenance of hardware and network
- Installation of hardware and network
End-User Support
- Maintenance of terminals and PC equipment
- Installation of new application software for end-user
- Installation of new terminals, PCs, printers and other peripheral equipment


CERINTE

- IT background
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office and operating system products
- Technical schooling
- Work Experience - in a comparable position in the western company (retail is a plus), one year in the position
-English is a must
- German is a plus
- MS operation systems, MS Office Products, Network implementation and maintenance using MS-AD
- Good communication skills
- Must learn things fast
- Self motivation
- Customer orientation
- Driver license
