-Lead, coordinate and hire technical team
-Prepare and approve project plans regarding N&H Department activities
-Participate in planning, forecasting and negotiating the new IT budget. Ensures adherence to budget goals by monitoring costs.
-Negotiate with external providers and internal customers: services and delivery contracts, SLAs, Statement of Work (SOW), and prepare request for quotations (RFQ)
-Responsible for entire Libra Bank technical infrastructure (communications, servers, storages, system applications, databases, etc.)
-Create procedures and shape the IT Policy
- AIX, Storage knowlege (DS4800 series)
- Windows – MCSE - is a plus
- Linux- LPI1, 2 –is a plus
- Oracle , sql certification – is a plus
- Working experience in production environments
- Management –ITIL foundation certification
- Management skills and abilities
- Ability to solve problems under time pressure and work effectively in a variety of roles with both technical and non-technical personnel.
