- Monitor resource usage;
- Configure and maintain monitoring of all equipment;
- Interface with other departments on telecom support issues or new hardware installations;
- Work as liaison with vendors and customers on technical requirements or service/equipment orders;
- Manage inventory of software/hardware;
- General SysAdmin duties;
- Work with sales team to define service requirements based on customer need;
- Provisioning network resources (VPN etc).
- At least 2 years experience in a similar position;
- SysAdmin experience working with Cisco equipment, the Linux OS, and Microsoft server (2008);
- Experience with network security (auditing, firewall configuration, VPN configuration);
- Experience with telecom networks (TDM or SIP) would be a significant plus;
- Experience working with VMware would be a plus;
- Very good grasp of the English language;
- University of Polytechnics or Economical Academy (exact sciences);
