-Assists in leading architecture and operation of global, internal or data or voice communications including Local Area Networks (LANs), Wide Area Networks (WANs) or voice networks.

- Perform DR planning and support periodic DR testing
- Design and implement remote access services based on Internet VPN gateway-to-gateway and client-to-gateway
- Develop proposals in response to business unit and user requests which provide cost-effective and manageable solutions
- Evaluates new technologies to recommend future direction.
- Generates conceptual, logical, and physical network architectures, documents, testing analysis, test plans, and risk assessments.
- Assists in leading a team that analyzes designs, troubleshoots, and implements network architecture in order to meet requirements.
- Troubleshoots the most complex data or voice network and hardware problems; researches and analyzes significant, complex network problems that require intangibles, such as downstream effects on client satisfaction, assesses and evaluates current and future systems.
- Determines methods and procedures to be implemented and used on the most complex new technologies to enhance performance.
- Determines approach for customer, based on assessment of customer needs.
- Researches technologies advancements to ensure that voice and data networking solutions are continuously improved supported, aligned with industry and company standards.
- Evaluates complex data or voice networking technologies to understand their potential and recommends future direction.
- Evaluates cost analysis and vendor comparison for large scale projects to ensure cost effective and efficient operations, and measures feasibility of various approaches.
- Recommends complex investment decisions to management and customers based on results on independent assessment of current and future data or voice network performance, stability and network management issues.
- Minimum 5 years experience in designing networks
- Minimum 5 complex networks of multinational or utility companies, differently developed
- Relevant certifications in the field
