RESPONSABILITATI

- Manage the implementation of Accenture standards applied to network and voice environments within European centres network infrastructure within EU Network Team;
- Design, coordinate and implement complex network scenarios;
- Participate on periodical review and audits of the network and voice environments, help EU Network Team teams to resolve findings;
- Will be the 3rd level of escalation for European network and voice related issues.
- Active participation in the capacity planning for the network and voice infrastructure, suggest the improvements. Network infrastructure includes Cisco routers, Cisco PIX firewalls, Juniper Netscreen Firewalls, Packeteer PacketShaper.. Voice Infrastructure consists in Avaya PBX, Media Gateways, CMS, Audix Voice Mail.
- Ensure adherence to policies, processes and procedures defined for his/her area of work.


CERINTE

Requirements:
- Technical University Degree;
- Min 2 years experience in a similar role within a multinational environment;
- Min 2 years experience with CISCO equipments, VPN connections and voice infrastructure;
- CCNA certificate is an advantage;
- IP Telephony experience is an advantage
- Team player, with an open, positive and “can do” attitude;
- Able to deal with stress of competing priorities and diverging interests within the same immediate time frame;
- High energy level and be able to effectively work with various cross functional teams;
- Fluency in English and French.
