Responsibilities:
- Analyze network performance problems and recommend solutions to enhance functionality, reliability and stability.
- Manage and solve issues received from 1st level support.
- Manage routing protocols, access lists, IP configuration, subnet masks, gateway addresses on routers and hosts systems.
- Configure of routers and switches (VLAN and cross switch communication).
- Implement of WAN protocols, OSI troubleshoot of network; LAN, VLAN protocols and routing troubleshoot.
- Configure of Spanning Tree routing processes.
- Create and maintain up to date documentation for procedures related to the administered systems and the communication networks.
Requirements:
- University degree preferably in Computer Science.
- Minimum 3 years of extensive experience in Communication Networks administration and development.
- 2 - 3 years experience in operational support.
- IT proven expertise, CISCO Networking, IP, LAN Architectures, and Data Security on LAN.
- Experience / knowledge in advanced TCP/IP networks, CISCO PIX and Checkpoint NG.
- Network Administration certification would be an advantage.
- Proficiency in English.
- Extensive experience with administration/development of voice and data networks.
- Working knowledge of English.
- Highly interested and motivated in working with new technologies.
- Responsible, flexible and adaptable personality.
- Customer oriented, team player, very good communication skills.
- Capable to work effectively under stress and willing to work over-time when necessary.
