- The network administrator will support the IT Manager performing daily tasks and assuring continuous and efficient operation of the IT infrastructure (servers, workstations, communication equipments, printers).
- He/she will provide online or telephone help desk support to local and remote users.
- Minimum 2-4 years experience in a similar position;
- Knowledge of Active Directory ¿ Windows 2000 and 2003 and related services ¿ DHCP, DNS, RIS, GPO, WINS;
- Linux ¿ advanced level - security, monitoring, mail servers, network services;
- Knowledge of VPN protocols, configuration and troubleshooting;
- Will be responsible with user support and coaching: MS Windows, Office, printing etc;
- English at conversational level.
Would be a plus:
- Cisco switches and routers;
- Telephony systems;
- Scripting languages PHP, HTML, ASP;
- Database: MS SQL, My SQL, Oracle.
