- Provide technical support as needed (installing, administration, configuration and maintenance) for internal users;
- Investigate, respond to and solve support requests;
- Configure and maintain network infrastructure;
- Maintain and monitor the security and integrity of the network / solutions / standards regarding security and technology in network;
- Continuously work to identify, specify and implement improvements to the way the network works;
- Ensuring the smooth running of all IT systems, including anti-virus software, print services and email provision;
- Management of software licenses and IT equipments.
- University degree in Computer Science;
- Strong knowledge of Windows 2000 / 2003;
- Knowledge of Active Directory 2000 and Active Directory 2003;
- Knowledge of mail (Exchange), web, ftp (IIS), proxy, firewall (ISA Server), SQL Server, Office Share Point Portal Server;
- 1-3 years as System Administrator / Database Administrator / Network Administrator or development experience; previous work in international companies is an advantage;
- Network Administration or Development certification would be an advantage;
- Highly interested and motivated in working with new technologies;
- Team player, very good communication skills;
- Problem solving, attention to detail;
- Good English language knowledge.
