- Provide all the technical support needed (installing, administration, configuring and maintenance) for users;
- Investigate, respond to and resolve support requests;
- Basic knowledge of Linux;
- Knowledge of TCP/IP networking;
- Excellent working skills with Windows XP Operating System;
- DNS, Wins,Mailservers, Fileservers
- Securing Windows 2K/XP computers (security updates, account management);
- Implement the company's solutions on site.
- Deliver, Maintenance and Service onsite and remotely;
- Troubleshoot telecom and system problems;
- Mainatin and administer Microsoft Windows 2003 servers and Linux machines.
- System install and maintenance in Windows environment , Linux is a plus;
- Install and maintenance of internet connections for the shops (dedicated connection or dialup connection);
- Able to have a flexible schedule, sometime 10-12 hours/day;
- Graduate of a technical university, computer environment are preferred;
- English: advanced;
- One year of experience minimum;
- Driving license is a must.
