- Direct management of LAN/WAN infrastructure in accordance with company policies
- Install, configure and troubleshoot hardware and software systems
- Quickly diagnosis and recovery of critical systems in case of failure
- Implement best practices for administering the company’s IT systems
- Serve as a Help Desk resource for resolving Windows network problems
- Train support and offer technical advice and consultancy to users
- Assist and support the IT Team in managing, monitoring, and maintaining all of the company’s computer systems and network infrastructure
- Ensure reliable IT services. Quickly inform and collaborate with the direct-line manager in order to resolve unexpected technical matters/problems.

Your network /systems management capability will be combined with good communication and team-orientation skills.
- A thorough understanding of all Microsoft Windows products
- Strong Windows 2000/2003 network experience including WINS, DNS, DHCP and TCP/IP, understanding of large IT applications and infrastructure
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory environment
- Excellent troubleshooting and documentation skills
- Customer oriented attitude
- Excellent pro-active problem solving skills, attention to detail
- Responsible, flexible and adaptable personality
- At least two years in the field of computer support, network management and troubleshooting
