RESPONSABILITATI

- The Network Administrator strives to provide staff with uninterrupted access to network resources in offices and around the world.

- His/her main task is to assure help-desk and support for all Ipsos in-house users.
Working in shifts in a 24x7 environment, the Network Administrator will be responsible for investigating, tracking and concluding security incidents that occur within the network.

Key tasks:

- Provide all the technical support needed (installing, administration, configuring and maintenance) for users;
-Document and keep records of security incidents;
- Respond to the organization forwarding the complaint (while abiding by regulations regarding confidentiality) and update incident record in the system;
- Follow up with affected staff regarding the cause of the incident (assess the resident's involvement; clearly communicate the internal security policies to staff);
-Conduct audits of the resident's machines when necessary;
-Proactive security: identify and notify residents of vulnerable computers.


CERINTE

- Excellent working skills with Windows XP Operating System;
-Basic knowledge of Windows Server 2000, 2003;
- Knowledge of Active Directory is a plus;
- DNS, Wins;
- Securing Windows 2K/XP computers (security updates, account management);
- Workstations monitoring, optimization and maintenance;
- Proven experience in working with Outlook 2003 Client;
- Basic knowledge of Linux;
- Knowledge of TCP/IP networking;
- Effective oral and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of people (with technical and non-technical background);
- Ability to work productively in teams;
- Attention to detail;
- Ability to prioritize and handle emergency situations.
