Anais Software Services is looking for a new talented DotNet Team and Technical Leader for its office in Bucharest.
If you are a high level, talented and experienced DotNet Team and Technical Leader, you are the one we need to join our fast growing team in
Bucharest.
Anais is delivering IT solutions to Belgian, English and French customers and we expect soon other countries.
As Team Leader you will take full technical ownership of various projects (Internet, intranet, web business application,...) and be responsible to
manage and technically support a growing team of 4 people (7 expected at the end of 2012).
By implementing and improving existing frameworks you will be responsible to increase team productivity.
As Team Leader and based on your capabilities, you will be part of the Romanian Management Team which is an opportunity for you to impact
the organization and participate to Anais Continous Improvement Process.

Duties and Responsabilities
Design and architect complex, scalable web applications
Develop and code business applications, multi-tiered web and client server applications using: C#, ASP.Net, XML, SQL, HTML5, JQuery,
and Javascript
Maintain and enhance existing applications
Write and supervise the technical product documentation
Technical design, mentoring and implementation of best practices and processes
Develop the software architecture based on the business requirements and constraints
Ensure efficiency of your team by giving them technical advices along the delivery process
Be responsible to deliver proof of concepts which validates technical choices
Organize knowledge sharing and continuous learning
For recruitment process, be responsible to assess technical capabilities of candidates
Education, Experience and Skills
5+ years of software development experience
1+ years as software architect/technical lead
1+ year experience with agile methodologies (SCRUM)
Strong experience working in all project life-cycles, in team
Ability to mentor development staffs while implementing best practices and improving the development processes
Creative/innovative: proposes system improvements and offers alternative solutions to the different problems that may appear and
proactively seeks solutions to improve processes and applications
Responsible, quick learner, innovative
Must be an effective communicator, balancing business goals with engineering goals, you efficiently manage a communication with the
business owner of a project
Fluent in English (French is another key asset)
Technical Requirements
Excellent knowledge of ASP.NET (MVC), C#, .Net Framework 4.0, Entity Framework, Windows OS and API's, Visual Studio 2010, Unit
testing within VS 2010
Proficiency with Web Services and Web Technologies
Proficiency with continuous integration tools and techniques
Very good SQL Server 2008 knowledge
Very good knowledge of web-development technologies: HTML5, JQuery, Javascript
Very good knowledge of OOP and OOD, design patterns, n-tier applications, distributed applications, SOA
Experience with WPF (Windows Presentation Foundation), WWF (Windows Workflow Foundation) and WCF (Windows Communication
Foundation) is considered an advantage
Anais is specialized in high traffic web sites for the media industry
(TV, newspapers). Our clients (RTL group, IPM group) are currently in Belgium and in France. This year we are planning to enter other countries.
