-Minimum 1-2 years experience in a similar position
-Experience in Web and Desktop applications
-Good understanding of client-server and service-based architectures
-Dynamic spirit, fast learner
-Good knowledge of .NET framework and Visual Studio .NET programming
-Good knowledge of known RDBMS (Oracle, SQL Server)
-English and/or French language
Technical skills:
-ASP.NET, JavaScript, CSS, HTML, web development
-experience in leading development teams
-programming related MS Certifications (MCAD, MCSD)
-Dynamic and simulative team
